Geisel receives $2.1 million grant to implement shared decision making collaborative

(The Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth) A team of researchers at Geisel, led by Glyn Elwyn, MD, PhD, MSc, has received a $2.1 million funding award from the Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute to develop a shared decision-making process to help women with breast cancer choose between surgical treatments.
